Hanuman Nagar is one of the largest townships in Mumbai of more than 100 acres area. The concept was to create as many open spaces and greens as possible within each cluster of apartments. Every cluster thus has its individual garden and play area of its own. The buildings are connected at the refuge levels to create community areas and gardens.
