Building stands as the focal point. Balancing the duality of scales, the design achieves two primary goals- to deliver a prominent image at the urban level while remaining inviting at the local, human scale. The form creates a hireachy from top point to bottom point forming a stepped landscape terrace.

This forms standsout has a unique indentity compare to other commercial buildings with an intention of creating an “open, inviting and sustainable place”. The terrace like forms allows workers to enjoy fresh air and take in view of the surrounding city. The terraces create a unique sight from the surrounding office towers. Green spaces cool the building and provides recreational spaces acting has a viewing gallery for the staff.
