Architectural Designing and Conceptual planning has always been a passion of Deodhar Associates. We have designed over 150 various types of buildings over the last 30 years.
Apart from Conceptual Design and Development we also have a team of Liasoning Architects and other professionals who look after the approvals from various concerned authorities and bodies.
We started with Project Management Consultancy Services for the redevelopment of societies in 2010 and already have more than 50 projects as PMC in hand. As PMC we have an expanded our scope and team in the Engineering department as well. We have a team of Site Engineers, quality analysts and Project coordinators working with us to follow up with a smooth process of Redevelopment.
We work as PMC + Architect both for some of the projects while we also take up only PMC work wherein Quality Control and Time Management is necessary.
Cost Planning and Management and Tender Management and evaluation is also part of the Services provided by DA to help our clients understand the project to its core and to safeguard their interest.
